We have been with WLS since 2013 and they have become like a second family to us. Our daughter started at 6 months old and our son at 3 months old. From the very beginning, we appreciated the small, nurturing community of WLS. Even when they were babies, it was apparent that were well cared for, with individual needs and schedules are taken into account (in contract to some other daycare we visited who wanted to pull all their babies on the same schedule). We loved receiving updates and photos of what the kids were up to during the day. Over time, our kids have developed bonds with each of their teachers, which are such important first relationships. They have enjoyed the enrichments, such as music class, yoga, cooking, field trips. Holidays are celebrated with theme outfits, crafts, and fun activities. From babies to toddlers to preschoolers, even during a pandemic, we have loved being part of the WLS family.

Westfield Little School has been much more than a school - they've been our community, our family. Not only do they care deeply about teaching and development, but they truly care about each child. Our son was a year old when we started at WLS, and 3 years later, we continue to be in awe of how the entire school (teachers! admin!) makes each child feel safe, loved and right at home. This translates to the most important part - that parents like myself can feel confident that after we drop off our children at school, we know they are in good hands. Strong communication, events that bring the community together, and teachers who kindly send daily updates - we are so lucky to have found Westfield Little School.

Our son, William started at Westfield Little School as an infant at 3 months old. Like any new mom, I was nervous and worried at first. But from our first day until our last day at Pre-K graduation, we all felt loved and cared for. William was a happy and content baby and a confident and well-mannered Pre-K graduate. We feel very lucky to be part of the Westfield Little School Family.

Our 4-yr old has been at Westfield Little school since he was 3 months old. Due to the wonderful experience, he continues to have, there was no doubt we would also send our 3-month-old daughter. The environment is warm and nurturing and the staff is extremely attenttive. The teachers go above and beyond to make sure that our children are not only well taken care of but that weare well informed. The activities that are offered are fun, education, and oftentimes involve the parents. We couldn't be happier with our daycare choice and would recommend Westfield Little School to anyone.

Being a full-time working parent has many stresses, however, Westfield Little School has seemed to relieve many of our worries about who is caring for our children during the work day. We have seen our children thrive because of the loving teachers and appreciate the different programs and activities the children are offered and experience. The staff caters to parents and children alike, yet we feel that each child is getting the attention they deserve; and you can't beat the smiles and stories that are told at the end of the day. Their happiness confirms that Westfield Little School was the right childcare decision for our family.

The staff are exceptional, and the facility is a clean, stimulating environment for the babies. The customized care given to my child has been exceptional. It feels as if I have one nanny that caters to my daughter's every need, yet it is a cohesive staff of nannies.

Face coverings are required for all staff entering the building. At this time, parents or visitors are not permitted to enter. Children over two years of age are encouraged to wear a face-covering when inside and social distancing is limited.
Our check-in procedure includes contactless temperature and health screening of all staff and children prior to entering.
To curb the spread of germs and provide additional spacing, class sizes are limited to 10 children.
We’ve enhanced our already rigorous cleanliness and hygiene practices: frequent hand washing, increased cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of surfaces and items in classrooms.
Regular wellness checks are being conducted throughout the day. If a child is showing any signs of illness, they are separated from the group, and parents are contacted immediately.
All of our teachers receive pediatric first aid & CPR certification. Safety training, including emergency and evacuation, are conducted regularly.
